Activating Workforce and Career Development Opportunities in Kendall Square

The Link is a coworking, training, and event space that catalyzes workforce development and employment opportunities in Kendall Square and beyond. Our mission is to provide a space for residents and employers to network, learn, and connect. Operated by TSNE, The Link welcomes a variety of organizations to use its event facilities, classrooms, and meeting spaces for training, education, and gatherings.

Home to Nonprofits Who Offer Career Development and Technical Training

The Link serves as a connection between the innovation economy of Kendall Square, Greater Boston, and underrepresented job seekers. It was championed and developed by the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority and Boston Properties as a workforce training and employment solution to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit of Kendall Square. The Link is home to a host of nonprofits who offer career development and technical training programs.

 

Affordable Office and Shared Workspaces

The Link offers affordable office and shared workspaces to nonprofits focused on workforce development and career advancement. Tenants at The Link have access to state-of-the-art meeting rooms, shared office resources, and conference facilities.

Amenities include access to Wi-Fi, a printer/copier, and access to meeting rooms, kitchen with basic amenities, multiple privacy pods, and a wellness room.

Located in the heart of the Kendall Square innovation district, The Link has carved out an affordable space for nonprofits, employers, and innovators to work and meet.

    Directions and Parking

     

    Via the MBTA

    Via the MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) subway system, known as the “T.” Kendall Square is easily accessible via the Red Line.

    From Downtown Boston

    Locate the nearest Red Line station.Stations like Park Street, Downtown Crossing, or South Station are common starting points.
    Take the Red Line train heading towards Alewife until you reach the Kendall/MIT station. This station is right in the heart of Kendall Square.
    The Kendall/MIT station is centrally located in the Kendall Square area and The Link is a short walk from the MBTA station.
